Does your cover include home start if my car won’t start at home?
Yes, if you add our optional Home Assistance extension. This covers breakdowns at your home address or within 1 mile of it. A recovery operator will attempt a repair at your home, and if that isn’t possible, your vehicle will be recovered in line with the level of cover you’ve chosen.
What is included in your European breakdown cover?
European Cover extends the benefits of National Cover to travel in Europe, with roadside assistance and recovery to the nearest suitable garage. Annual policies cover up to 90 days of European travel per year, with single trips of up to 30 days. If you only need cover for one journey, Single Trip Cover protects you for up to 31 days.
Is recovery to a garage included if my vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside?
Yes. If a temporary repair isn’t possible, Roadside Assistance includes recovery of your vehicle, you and up to four passengers to the nearest suitable garage, or to a destination of your choice within 25 miles of the breakdown.
